Single Room near Therapia Lane Tram Stop – £500 Including Bills

A furnished single room is available in our home in Croydon, CR0 3DW, near Therapia Lane tram stop. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood.

The room has a single bed, a wardrobe with drawers and shelves, and a window facing the street. The bathroom, kitchen and garden are shared with the household, including the female homeowner.

We are a South Asian Tamil household and would prefer someone comfortable with our culture, Asian cooking and daily routines. Tamil / Indian / Asian students and anyone on a PSW or similar visa are welcome. What matters most is respecting each other’s habits and feeling comfortable living together, whatever your background.

The room is for one person, male or female. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the people they live with.

A few house rules:

* No smoking or drinking alcohol inside the house.
* Please keep your room and shared areas clean and tidy.
* The homeowner will check the room every three months, arranged in advance.
* Identification and residency or visa documents will be requested.

Rent is £500 per month, with all bills included. The rent is non negotiable!

The room is available from 6 November 2026. Moving in before this date is not possible.
