The house is 5-10 minutes walk to South Croydon station and 15-20 minutes walk to East Croydon station. There are lots of local buses and the vibrant Town centre is a short walk away. There are many bars and restaurants within 2 minutes. Tesco is 5 minutes walk and there is an off license 20 seconds away. The house has undergone full renovation. All windows are double glazed. The house benefits from a large kitchen/dinner. Two of the rooms look at the garden and the larger room is in front of the house.
