Hello I have a Double room available to rent The room is fully furnished and comes with access to wifi.

The house is a 5 minutes’ walk away from Waddon Marsh tram stop, with access to shops in Purley Way Shopping Complex and short walk to the main road. The house is well connected for travel in to London and the South East, with East Croydon station 15 minutes away and West Croydon 10 minutes away there is a great bus network to access throughout Croydon and neighbouring towns easily.

The house is shared between myself and my cat. I work full time and the house is relatively quiet and homely. I am friendly and sociable. I like to keep things friendly and chilled out with a relaxed atmosphere throughout the house.

The ideal lodger would be someone who is looking to live in a house with a friendly cat. A working professional, who is clean and considerate.

The rent includes utilities, council tax, wifi and professional cleaning service and off street parking. A separate fridge freezer and cupboard space. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

The room is available from June 1.

First month's rent and one month's deposit is required upfront to secure the room.
