Rooms to rent in a grand Edwardian home consisting of 3 floors. House consist of 6 rooms. There are three bathrooms in the house. The house if well lit and ventilated. The house consists of a huge back garden and car park in the front. It is located on the main road leading to town a minute away.

Kitchen and dinning rooms are on shared basis. Kitchen consists of cooking hob, fridges, freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, hot and cold water, room heating. Bed and mattresses, and furniture is available.

It is situated in Horley town, close to bus stops and close to Horley Train Station.

Rooms can be rented on short and long term basis. Renters shall clean their own rooms and keep the bathrooms clean and clear their garbage. Common lobby and stairs will be cleaned by the owner on weekly basis.

Room rent is inclusive of utility bills and council tax.

No smoking is permitted in the house. Strict social behaviour is a must.
