Lovely bedroom with own bathroom – near Gatwick

A double bedroom in the midst of Horley town centre. It is in a quiet and peaceful modern two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. The room is spacious and fully furnished – double bed, a sliding door wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, a desk and chair. There is a also a high quality black-out curtain and the apartment is sound insulated too.

My third floor apartment is light and breezy with a balcony and has all the usual mod cons with built-in electric oven/hob/extractor, built-in fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and wi-fi Internet. The lounge, dining area and kitchen would be shared with me.

You would have exclusive use of your own bathroom with bath and shower. I have an ensuite bathroom.

The monthly fee includes all bills - water, electricity, heating, TV licence, broadband, internet and Council Tax (but not landline telephone).

I use the parking space that comes with the apartment. Unfortunately, street parking is minimal. However, the block has a secure bicycle storage.

Horley train station is 2 minutes walk. Bus stops are close by. Waitrose and Iceland are a stone-throw away and there is a Lidl supermarket about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. There are also a range of other facilities within walking distance - including a leisure centre, restaurants, pubs, banks, hair and nail salons, take-aways, post office, dry cleaners, chemists, jewellers, charity shops and much more.

I am looking for a professional female who is neat and tidy and can appreciate the calm and tranquil ambience of my home. I’m looking for a non-smoker. Sorry – no couples and no students. Strictly no pets. References will be sought and a Lodger's Agreement will be entered into.
