Only quiet, polite, those willing to respect our house rules should apply. Sharing bathroom with only one other person. No night workers please, we prefer 9-5 or evening shifts but cannot accommodate for night workers. If you have a large screen TV, additional 25GBP is required per month for the cost of this.

Discounts may be given for a person who can do some gardening or cook from time to time (but no pork dishes or overly strong dried fish type dishes etc)Please reply with your work type, schedule, background and age, a few interests and anything else you may think helpful.

Ten minutes walk from Mitcham Eastfields National Rail station. Excellent transport links. 10 mins by bus to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line). 15 mins to Victoria, 12 mins to Clapham Junction, 6 mins to Balham via Mitcham Eastfields. Ten min walk to Tooting Railway station or five min bus ride.

There are two bathrooms. Current occupants are quiet, relaxed and friendly. There is off street free parking.

There is a local library, free tennis courts and outdoor gym 5 mins from house. Colliers Wood is ten mins away by bus and there is a shopping centre with many high street stores located there. Tooting Broadway has a Primark, TK Max and other high street stores as well as lots of restaurants. Streatham Hill is ten mins away with a good array of independent restaurants and a cinema hall.

There are lots of green areas to exercise or work out in locally, Morden Park Hall is ten mins away and a beautiful place to visit with greenery, lakes and a river.
