Double Room Available near Tooting Station

Decent double room available from the 22nd November: all bills included.

I have a bright and airy, large double room to rent with shared use of the bathroom and kitchen with dining & living area. There is also a garden with parking available. The flat is on the first floor.

The bedroom is furnished with a storage bed, cupboards and a desk.

You will be sharing with my dad (don't worry he's cool though), and a younger professional guy. They are both relaxed, easy-going, fun and easy to live with.

The flat is on a quiet street and just a short walk to Tooting overground station with buses to Tooting Broadway in 5 minutes, giving quick access to the city via the Northern Line.

The local pub, the Gorringe Park is also really cool with a basement cinema. Lots of great pubs in the area.
