Lovely house, recently redecorated and upgraded, in Mitcham/Morden/Sutton borders.

The house is in a safe and a very quiet neighbourhood on the Wandle riverside - you may only hear the birds. We are adjacent to the Ravensbury Park and close to transport links:

3 minutes away from bus stops which serve various stations; Morden, 5 minutes on the Northern line; Tooting Broadway 15 minutes on the Northern line; Brixton, 45 minutes on the Victoria line; also for Tooting, Streatham, Sutton and Belmont maximum journey time 20 minutes.

5 minutes to the tram stop from where you can go to Central London:
Wimbledon in 10 minutes for the District Line and Overground and to Victoria in 25 minutes or Waterloo in 30 minutes.

The room is fully furnished, each room having:
- High-speed internet broadband
- bed (with excellent orthopedic mattresses)
- wardrobe
-sofa
- under counter fridge or fridge freezer
- microwave
- kettle
- table/chairs

Also, the newly updated kitchen has a washing machine and tumble-dryer. Every room has own cupboard in the kitchen, + there is a big fridge-freezer and additional under counter freezer in the kitchen if you want to use in addition to the fridge in your own room.

There are also 2 newly updated bathrooms (one used by rooms and another one for ensuite only), with rainforest showers and one with a huge bath, and 3 toilets (one for ensuite only).

The rent also covers all bills, including electricity, gas, water, wireless internet, TV, council tax.

weekly cleaning of communal areas (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, stairs , landings, etc) is done on a rota.

A deposit of 1 month's rent is required, good references preferred.

We are looking for the right people who can fit in with the vibe here. We like to think its a family vibe here in this house but also respect everyone's privacy. All tenants live in the house for years, one of them occupies the room there for 12 years now.

We are pretty easy going and just expect mutual respect in everything. It's a non-smoking house. All the other stuff can be talked about should we move ahead, but either way, it's all good.
We also like to keep the place clean!
