Hi, I'm a friendly professional with a single room available for single occupancy in the Broadfield area of Crawley. Very close to the M23 with great transport links to Gatwick, Brighton and London. A short walk to a row of shops and local community centre. Free parking. Bills included. Someone responsible and clean.

Shared living area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and shower/utility room.

I have a friendly dog who is very cuddly and will be very happy after a few scritches (with hypoallegenic hair!).

LGBTQ friendly household. Would prefer vegetarians as I am vegan. Professionals or students considered. Female/LGBT preferred as resident single female landlord.
