Double room-just minutes from Crawley town cent

Double room available in a gorgeous Victorian cottage with own shower room and toilet. The room has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror. The house is approx 5 minutes walk from Crawley train station and town centre. I'm a live in landlord and would like a lodger who's female, professional, friendly and who wants to rent short to long term. The house has a sitting room, office room, kitchen and large conservatory/dining room on the ground floor and upstairs there are 2 en suite bedrooms. The garden has paved and grass areas. I'm friendly, hospitable and chatty but also like some quiet time. My house is a tad creaky because it's old but in general the street is quiet. For car parking you would need to purchase a permit (£67 for 6 mths-if you have a car I will take £67 off the first months rent as a one-time treat!)
