Working professional, seeking a like-minded housemate to share a modern spacious house in Wilton on North Street.

Free on street parking is available on the same street as the property.

Regular buses and close to Salisbury Train station.

The room has ample storage space with a walk in wardrobe, a large storage space in the wall too and a super king bed.

The house is warm and cosy in the winter with a nice woodburner and also cool in the summer. The garden is spacious and landscaped.
The bathroom shower is down stairs and there is a good size kitchen diner too.

There is underfloor heating in the bathroom for those colder days too.

Single occupation only no couples. i am currently sharing with another femaile who rents the garden room.
